Santai Spa Fitness Classes in Studio 36
Work out in style and join us in Studio 36 for our fitness classes!
We have a weekly schedule of classes for you to get involved in from legs, bums and tums to our Santai Bootcamp. Each class is designed to help improve strength and feel like the best version of yourself, no matter your level of fitness! Plus, they're a great way to meet people and try something new.
Leading the classes will be our friendly trainer, Rico, who will help you to keep you focused throughout and will provide all the motivation and knowledge you'll need to push yourself and achieve your fitness goals.
Classes are only £3.50 for Santai Spa members and £7 for non-members. If you'd like to get involved, classes will need to be pre-booked and pre-paid before you attend. This can be done at our reception desk or by calling us on 0121 273 1000. Non-members can book online using the button below. Simply search for your desired day and select your class!
On the day of your class, you will need to sign in at our reception desk and then head down to Studio 36 where the sessions will take place. Please be aware that any medical information should be disclosed on arrival to the therapist or trainer for the class. All equipment will be provided unless you would prefer to bring your own.

- Mondays at 10am - Legs, Bums & Tums
Who's ready for Legs, Bums & Tums? This upbeat toning workshop is suitable for all fitness levels and specifically targets legs, glutes and core.
Starting with a warm-up followed by a main workout and cool down, the class is designed to help tone up and build muscle while improving stamina.
- Thursdays at 6pm - Santai Bootcamp
If you're looking for a full-body workout which will challenge you, burn fat and help build up your strength,our Santai Bootcamp is for you.
The class will involve a warm-up, a main workout where you'll push through short but intense training intervals on a range of exercises before resting up and going again, and will end with a cool down.
- Saturdays at 11:30am - Boxing Fitness
This fun, high-energy class will help you to build stamina, power and agility plus, it's a great stress reliever! No opponent hitting will be required and gloves and pads will be provided for your use.
This class is appropriate for all ages and involves a warm-up, main workout and gentle cool down.
