Spa access is included with all spa days and is available for hotel guests. Spa access is not included with our treatments and will need to be booked separately. Hydrotherapy Pool
Take a dip in our 15-metre indoor hydrotherapy pool and enjoy some well-deserved downtime. The hydrotherapy jets offer great benefits and help relieve any muscle tension and joint pain you may be experiencing. Whether you're cooling off or enjoying a leisurely swim, our pool will help to soothe your senses.
Sauna
Embrace the gentle soft heat and unwind in our sauna. Offering a variety of benefits which include reducing stress, improving cardiovascular health and easing aches and pains, our sauna is an ideal place to unwind after a workout or long day.

An experience which has excellent health benefits. Time spent in our steam room will help to release any toxins in your skin, help with blocked sinuses, relieve muscle tension and let any worries or stress slip away.
