• Reservations made on our special offers require full pre-payment at the time of the booking. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable in the event of a cancellation or no show.
• Breakfast, if included in the package, is served 6.30am – 10am during the week and 7.00am – 10.30am on weekends. It is served in Sky Bar & Restaurant and includes a full English-style buffet breakfast and continental options. Dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
• Robes and Slippers are available only at Santai Spa.
