Mobile Check In

If your group is eligible and has pre-paid for your hotel stay you can enjoy the benefits of a quick, contactless check-in. You can download the online check-in app from Assa Abloy on Android here and Apple here and remember to look out for an email on the day of your stay around 11am from the sender ‘Front Desk at Genting Hotel’ which will allow you to check in online. Your room number and key will then be sent to the app by 3pm and all you have to do is head straight to your room, make sure Bluetooth is enabled and hold your phone up to the door key. You’ll find all the information you need to enjoy your stay in an envelope in your room.
