To feel extra comfortable and prepared for your upcoming spa day at Santai Spa, read up on our spa etiquette and some FAQs before you arrive.

What days are treatments available?

​Treatments are currently available Thursday - Monday

What is the dry floatation experience and what happens during the experience?

​A relaxing, weightless experience to give the illusion of floating in water, the 25-minute tranquil experience relieves any pressure and tension on your muscles and joints to allow for optimal relaxation worth the equivalent of 8 hours sleep.

What time do I need to arrive?

You will be advised of your arrival time at the point of booking, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to any treatments to allow time to complete your consultation form as any late arrivals may run into your treatment time.

How can I check availability and book?

You can book online here or call 0121 271 1000 and we will be able to check availability and make your reservation. Our phone lines are open Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:45, Saturday 09:00 – 16:45; Sunday 10:00 – 17:45.

Are children allowed in the spa?

​Access to the facilities including the changing facilities, spa, heat experiences and gym is restricted to over 18’s.

Do you accept treatment bookings on the day?

​We do accept same-day bookings but these are subject to availability so we always advise guests to book ahead.

Is there a limit to the number of guests allowed to visit in a group?

Group bookings are available for up to 8 guests (subject to social distancing guidelines for the desired dates).

Can you get food and drink withing the spa?

​Food, drinks and alcohol are not available within the spa. Tea, coffee and water are available free of charge throughout the spa. Afternoon tea is available as part of our spa day experiences at Sky By The Water along with a whole host of bars and restaurants within Resorts World.

What is the cancellation policy?

​You must cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund.

Do you have lockers to store my belongings?

Yes, there are lockers available in the changing rooms, you will be provided with a key at reception for use during your visit.

I have some health considerations, what should I do?

Please notify a member of the team of your condition prior to booking your treatment and we will be able to advise you on the options that best suit your needs.

I'm pregnant, what options are available?

​There are a number of treatments available to those who are expecting including; any of our facials, an express back, neck and shoulder massage, invigorating foot massage and our pre and post-natal specific massages. Treatments are only available after 12 weeks. Ask a member of our team for further information.

When do I need to pay for my treatment?

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

Opening Times

Spa Facilities: 7am – 10pm daily, last admission at 9pm. Pool area closes at 9:45pm

Gym: 24 hours

Spa Access Times For Hotel Guests

Spa access is available to guests staying in a Superior, Suite or Deluxe room during their opening hours (subject to availability) or to guests in Signature rooms 7am - 10am & 6pm - 9:45pm subject to availability.


Arrival / Departure Spa Access

Signature rooms: 6pm-10pm on the day of arrival.

Superior, Deluxe and Suites - 3pm-10pm on the day of arrival.

All room types have access on day of departure from 7am-10am.

The spa can get busy at peak times and if it is full you will be added to a waitlist and contacted as soon as space is available. Spa access is for 1hr 30 mins. Our team will be happy to help you at check-in and answer any of your queries. Hotel guests will also be provided with robes and slippers on entry if they have booked a treatment.

Mobile Phones & Cameras

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity.

Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, camera, smoke-free zone, and we respectfully request quiet at all times.

Smoking

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity therefore, please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a smoke/vape-free zone.

Lost Property

All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for four months, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, undergarments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.

We would strongly advise removing all jewellery prior to using our facilities as avoiding to do so may result in discolouration, damage or loss for which Santai Spa is not liable for.

Please note that from time to time there may be occasions where some of our facilities may be out of use for maintenance, but we will always do our best to ensure that any issues that arise fixed as soon as possible to ensure you receive the ultimate Santai experience.
